Domaine Hudelot-Noëllat

For decades, Hudelot-Noëllat has taken on the task of highlighting the most sincere characteristics of its terroirs using a careful and precise method of production, for which the winery has been known since it was founded in 1962 by Alain Hudelot. The property has 10 acres spread over 4 villages and 15 appellations. It is now headed by Alain Hudelot’s grandson, Charles van Canneyt.

In the Côte de Nuits, each wine comes from a unique microclimate. There is a strong focus on each of these microclimates, which helps nurture each plot’s personality. The wine is allowed to assimilate the properties and specificities of the place where it is planted. By their subtle differences linked to a set of factors (soil, exposure, etc.), each microclimate allows the wine to express its unique character.

Pinot Noir is the only grape used, and thus it becomes clearer what the terroir can offer.
